I have been tracking my fitness results since 2011 using a variety of apps & programs, most recently Map My Fitness, Strava and  FitBit Surge. Creating Cove Lighting for an Older Home

I love design / decor as well as LED lighting, so I’ve been including LED lights in various places throughout my house. However, they have always been small accents which are either remote controlled or attached to battery packs. At many home shows, I have seen brilliant examples of cove lighting, but what if your house is older and some of your spaces are smaller? Presentation at Pecha Kucha Dayton – Volume 27

In June I finally decided to up my participation and present at a Pecha Kucha. I’ve been going to every Dayton based PK since my friends Jamie & Juliet presented at Volume 12 in 2012 and have always enjoyed the varied topics and all of the vibrant people at the events.  Pecha Kucha 27 was held at St Mary Church  near Downtown Dayton. SICSA Volunteering – Tribute to Reese

This October my dog Reese passed away, aged almost 15 years. It was a very difficult time for me since she was around through so much of my life and had travelled with me through so many life changes. One of her favorite things was taking nightly walks and after she went through a life threatening illness when she was 10 I promised to walk her every day if possible.
