Fitness Results 2020 – Year in Review

It’s 2021 and time once again to review my fitness goals from 2020. I started my latest fitness journey in 2011, and almost every year I have written up a year in review to analyze what I have achieved and set goals for the next year (Links to most of them are at the bottom of the post). My fitness took a dip when I moved to New Jersey, but this year I have once again found my groove and am back to where I have been in the past. I have been tracking my fitness results since 2011...

As per tradition, all guests to the event were “becatted” by the Airship Passepartout door crew: Cindy, Angie, Tom, Mike, Sabrina, Angela & Bryan. Over 250 people attended in total and were treated to...

Fitness Results 2016 – Year in Review

I have been tracking my fitness results since 2011 using a variety of apps & programs, most recently Map My Fitness, Strava and  FitBit Surge. Each one has its benefits and drawbacks, however, I will be continuing to use all three in 2017. Feel free to friend me on any of them. First a quick bit of background. In 2011 I decided that I had enough of being out of shape and overweight. I eventually lost over 50 pounds and have maintained a fairly consistent workout regime. You can read about my weight loss journey here: Fitness, Body Image,...
