Fitness Results 2016 – Year in Review

I have been tracking my fitness results since 2011 using a variety of apps & programs, most recently Map My Fitness, Strava and  FitBit Surge. Each one has its benefits and drawbacks, however, I will be continuing to use all three in 2017. Feel free to friend me on any of them. First a quick bit of background. Creating Cove Lighting for an Older Home

I love design / decor as well as LED lighting, so I’ve been including LED lights in various places throughout my house. However, they have always been small accents which are either remote controlled or attached to battery packs. Presentation at Pecha Kucha Dayton – Volume 27

In June I finally decided to up my participation and present at a Pecha Kucha. I’ve been going to every Dayton based PK since my friends Jamie & Juliet presented at Volume 12 in 2012 and have always enjoyed the varied topics and all of the vibrant people at the events.  Pecha Kucha 27 was held at St Mary Church  near Downtown Dayton.
