In June I finally decided to up my participation and present at a Pecha Kucha. Fitness Results 2015

Fitness Results 2015 – Year in Review I have been tracking my fitness progress since 2011 using a variety of apps & programs, most recently Map My Fitness, Strava and FitBit Surge. Each element has its benefits and drawbacks, however I will be continuing to use all three in 2016.   First a quick bit of background. SICSA Volunteering – Tribute to Reese

This October my dog Reese passed away, aged almost 15 years. It was a very difficult time for me since she was around through so much of my life and had travelled with me through so many life changes. One of her favorite things was taking nightly walks and after she went through a life threatening illness when she was 10 I promised to walk her every day if possible.
